ON OFF srl provides a warranty of 5 years in case of defects on all products. The warranty starts from the date that is on the delivery note.
The application of warranty is subordinate to the verified defects of the product and it does not cover anything else in addition to what is described in the warranty certificate. For “warranty” we only mean the free repairing or replacement, including labor, of the defective elements in manufacturing or materials.
The warranty does not cover: parts subject to wear in use, batteries (if supplied), cables and connecting cords, connectors, external parties and plastic supports that do not show manufacturing defects, damages caused by overvoltage or over-current, failures of equipments that have been altered / with tampering of the seal of warranty / damaged by the Customer, and so on.
In all these cases, even in presence of a valid certificate of warranty, the equipments will be repaired at the customer’s charge upon notification and authorization. The technical assistance in warranty (within 5 years from date of purchase) is provided from the only service center ON OFF srl.
To obtain a repairing in warranty, remember that you must submit the certificate completed in all its parts together with the bar code contained in the package and with a copy of the purchase document.
For some kind of products, in addition to traditional methods of providing Technical Assistance with the product shipment for repairing, there is a new mode called “Swap Repair.” This mode allows an immediate replacement of the damaged product with a similar regenerated product thus eliminating the waiting time for repairing.
Upon expiration of the warranty period (5 years) or with the decay of one of the causes that give the right to warranty, the assistance interventions will be made at the customer charge as concerns the cost of replaced parts and the cost of labor according to the rates in force that are exposed in the Technical Assistance Points.
